How will my data be transmitted and stored ?

The form data is transmitted securely over HTTPS (encrypted using Transport Layer Security) and then stored using AES-256 encryption. Your Six Star: Track & Trace data will held in an encrypted form for 21 days, then will be removed from encrypted data-backups in the following 14 days

Who has access to my data ?

No team members you interact with at the premises will ever have access to your information, in fact only a security representative from Six Star Global has the ability to retrieve your data in the event of Track & Trace request from the local authorities. Data will only be provided on receipt of a legal and validated Track & Trace request.

Why am I being asked for my Personal information ?

In the event of a COVID-19 outbreak, government Track & Track personal may request that the business you are purchasing from provide information on the visitor who were present at a certain date/time in order to be able to notify you of any potential risk to your health and further limit the spread of COVID-19.
